Customer Care Representative – Madison, WI to be relocated to Beloit, WI

The Customer Care Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support to new and existing customers. They will work closely with Accounting, Sales, and Operations departments to set up new customers, ensure orders are entered accurately and timely, and will assist customers with resolving issues and concerns.

We are seeking candidates with an Associate’s Degree and three or more years of directly related experience working with customers; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Experience with complex healthcare/pharmaceutical products/services desired.
