Customer Service Technician - Beloit, WI

The Customer Service Technician (CST) performs diagnostics and repairs in the Service Repair Depot, supports systems for internal NorthStar use by Customer Service, Engineering, and Science, provides support to the Customer Contact Center, and provides support NorthStar systems at customer locations as required. The CST will work to diagnose issues with parts and systems and will establish and implement action plans to resolve these issues. Once developed, they will remain committed to drive the plan through the appropriate channels until all issues are resolved. Work Schedules are determined by a combination of, but not limited to, Service Repair Depot, Customer Service, Science and Engineering needs.

We are seeking candidates with a Two year technical degree in Electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment required.  Experience with radioactivity preferred, but not required..
